Smart Air Conditioner Wi-Fi Setup Guide

📱 Prerequisites

Download the "Smart Life" app (available on iOS/Android).

Ensure your phone is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz is unsupported).

Enable Bluetooth and Location Services on your phone for device discovery.

🔧 Enter Pairing Mode

Long-press the Timer button on your air conditioner for 5 seconds until you hear a beep.

Wait 4 seconds for the unit to enter Wi-Fi pairing mode (indicator light may blink).

📲 Connect via Smart Life App

Open the Smart Life app and go to the homepage.

Tap "+" (Add Device) in the top-right corner.

Choose "Auto Scan" under discovery options:

Ensure the app has location permissions.

The air conditioner should appear as a discoverable device.

Select your air conditioner from the list.

Follow in-app prompts to connect to your Wi-Fi network.

✅ Final Checks

The AC will confirm pairing with a sound or light indicator.

Rename the device for easy control (e.g., "Living Room AC").

⚠️ Troubleshooting Tips

Wi-Fi issues? Restart the AC/router or move closer to the router.

Device not found? Ensure Bluetooth/Location are enabled and retry pairing mode.

Drainage instructions

Middle drainage port: Used in dehumidification mode. Remove the plug and connect a drain hose (no exhaust hose required for this mode).

Bottom drainage port: Used when the water tank is full.

Water Drain Plug Instructions:

Stop the unit when the control panel shows "P1" or "✔". Do not move the AC while draining.

Locate the drain plug at the rear drainage port.

Remove the drain plug to allow condensate water to flow out automatically.

Securely reinsert the drain plug after draining to prevent leakage. Ensure no water continues flowing into the drain pan.
